Discovering your Style with Pavers

You know it’s a funny thing when you try new things in life that you aren't quite sure about and you end up really enjoying them. The other day I was laying pavers in class and I just thought about how when you are laying pavers you can lay them in many different patterns and in many different ways. Just like teaching, everybody has their own style, their own likes, their way of connecting with students. People who lay pavers have their own way of wanting to lay them and the beautiful thing is if you do it correctly and you take your time and work hard you will get a beautiful pattern out of the pavers that have been laid. Just like teaching if you work hard and you take your time when you work through it even if it’s a new area that you’ve never taught before you may just find you love what you are teaching and it will be successful even when you put your own style into it! #teachag
